For retailers

We target retailers in the Nordic countries, both if you trade with private individuals or companies. Our current retailers are office department stores, department stores, supermarkets, bookstores, online stores or other stores that deal with office supplies. We offer you a wide range with over 3,000 products in eight product areas that suit you who turn to home offices, workplaces, schools and education as well as packaging accessories for warehousing and logistics operations.

About half of our range is products from well-known brands, where we are in most cases exclusive distributors in our main market. Our ambition is to work with the leading brands in its segment in order to offer you as a reseller a well-known brand with a strong recognition from your customers. We work actively with marketing of our brands both in the form of store materials and campaigns as well as active marketing to the end consumer.

We have developed a portfolio of own brands that we market in our main market, under our own brands offer a wide range of basic goods for school, home office or workplace. We want purchasing and logistics to be easy for you! Therefore, we stock almost our entire range at our main warehouse in Arlöv, we offer immediate deliveries and reasonable conditions for you to be able to keep your warehouse as optimized as possible.

For brands and manufacturers

We offer brand owners a broad distribution network in the Nordic region and a long-term distribution partner who works with active brand management and marketing on all suitable sales channels. We deliver to approximately 1,500 retailers in the Nordic market in the specialty retail, office goods, department stores and online stores segments. Our resellers are available in both B2C and B2B.

Our strategy is to work with exclusive distribution agreements of internationally renowned brands and combine this into an attractive range together with our wide range of our own brands. We see ourselves as a stable and long-term distribution partner with active channel management and marketing of your brand. We have a broad experience of brand management and marketing to both retailers and end consumers. We believe in personal presence and that business takes place between people, which is why we have a large sales organization with both field salesmen and inside sales people who guarantee our local presence in our main market.

From our warehouse in Arlöv, our deliveries normally reach our entire main market within three days. To most of our retailers, we can offer delivery the day after the purchase order is placed. We have a modern business & logistics system that guarantees our dealers us a high quality and service of our work.

If you as a consumer have questions about our products or brands, please contact our customer service, who will be happy to answer all your questions. However, as we do not sell products directly to end consumers, you as a consumer can not be established as a customer with us, but we are happy to help you find a nearby store, department store or online store among our 1,500 retailers in the Nordic region.

Our history

Since 1986, we have over 30 years of experience in distribution and trading of office supplies in the Nordic market.


1986 The bankruptcy estate from Börge HM Nilsson AB is acquired and restructured into a sales company.

1987 The company changes its name to Nya Börge HM Nilsson AB and signs its first agency agreements.

1988 What a start, our neighbor catches fire and our entire warehouse is damaged by smoke. Hunting for new premises begins!

1989 The company changes its name to BN Svenska AB and new premises are inaugurated.

1991 Our electronics venture begins with products from Broher and SHARP

1994 B.N.T becomes an agent for Texas Instruments on the Swedish market, which is one of our most influential brands today.

1997 Our new premises with at the time the entire 1000M2 warehouse on Företagsvägen 30 are inaugurated.

1999 Our first brand BN Line, which becomes the cornerstone of the current BNT / Office, is launched.

2003 We acquire Tenzab in Örebro, which provides the start for our product area Packaging & Packaging.

2004 Our export venture begins with our own staff in Denmark and Norway. We change our name to B.N.T Scandinavia AB.

2008 B.N.T becomes an agent in Sweden for the STABILO & Folia brands through acquisitions.

2009 Move to current property with 5000M2 warehouse, where we handle over 3,500 shipments per month.

2012 We begin our new assortment strategy with fewer product areas and more focused marketing.

2013 We expand our collaboration with Texas Instruments to apply throughout Scandinavia and we become an agent for Fellowes.

2014 B.N.T becomes a distributor for Filofax and Lett's products in the Scandinavian market and is expected to have sales of approximately SEK 120 Million

2017 Together with Sem & Stenersen AS, we form our Norwegian subsidiary b.n.t Scandinavia AS and double our sales in Norway.

2019 We start a collaboration with legendary Moleskine brand and become an exclusive distributor in Sweden and Denmark.
